Trainee Manager

REQUIRED

Main purpose of the role:
Support the management team in all aspects of the operation of the store while gaining detailed experience in individual departments throughout the store.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Retail Trainee Manager in year 1, 2 or 3.
  • Health & Safety, and Hygiene experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good delegation skills.
  • Highly driven with a strong work ethic.
  • Passion for grocery retail.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced working environment.

Main Duties:

  • Actively live SuperValu brand-values i.e., Genuine, Passion for Food, Vibrant, Committed, Innovative and Imaginative.
  • Ensure compliance with Musgrave Standards Audits, HACCP, EIQA Audits and any other relevant legislation or best practices.
  • Actively participate in all training and development initiatives, and performance assessments.
  • Merchandise and always present the entire store to the highest standard and in accordance with relevant store planograms and guidelines.
  • Implement planograms correctly and ensure the correct range is in place in store.
  • Gain competence with all aspects of supply procedures – ordering, delivery procedures, stock rotation and control procedures.
  • Manage such departments as are assigned to you.

Senior Administrator/Stock Controller

REQUIRED

Wallace Agri, Wellingtonbridge is looking for a Senior Administrator/Stock Controller to join our expanding team. This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will work five days per week, Monday to Saturday.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Purchasing, stock management and all associated administrative tasks.
  • Maintain excellent customer and supplier relationships.

The ideal candidate must have good analytical skills and knowledge of computers. Experience in an Agri environment is desirable. The candidate must be enthusiastic, organized, be able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team. Remuneration will reflect the responsibility of the role.
